I really like this belt. Very good quality and easy to turn. I would order one size larger than you normally wear. I ordered a 47" waist and a 48"-50" belt. He approached me but there were no extra items. A man with a 50" waist wouldn't be able to wear it. It even came with a hole punch to make more holes in case someone made one too big, but since I could barely fit in I didn't have to.
