Great pan for pizza sheets and stones
I needed a large deep pan to experiment with my Chicago deep plate recipe and this one worked for me. It's not American Metalcraft's best pan, but it's a good, sturdy pan and really has everything you need for even the heaviest of cakes. Some people are willing to pay more for an anodized pan, but I really like these. I've used it several times since buying it and I'm very happy with it. For the price you can't go wrong here.
