Review on High-Quality 90W AC Adapter Laptop Charger for HP Elitebook, Probook, and Compaq Notebooks by Robert Hayes

I bought this power adapter for a mini ITX motherboard than needed 19V to power it. After plugging in the power adapter the motherboard would not turn on. I double checked all of my connections to verify everything was correct and it was. I used a multi-meter on the power adapter and found out it was only putting out 17.9V less than the 19V it was advertised to do. After plugging in a different 19V power adapter the motherboard turned and responded as it was supposed to do. I have already returned the item.
