It could get 5 stars because it is so powerful and beautiful because it is. However, I had a heck of a time with a very basic build guide because it didn't go into detail enough about a few key processes you need to know. 1. - Before assembling, do exactly what the instructions say - measure the room from floor to ceiling before you even start assembling. 2.- Figure out which posts add up to the required length and make sure the extension rod (top) is 1 inch (1 inch) longer than the floor to ceiling distance. 3. - Do not install baskets or tighten anything on the top of the pole until you have made an extension of the required length. The suggestion here is to put a bar without baskets in your space and make sure it is secure and not too light for the bar to bend. 4th - Once he's determined the pole is the perfect length, figure out where you want to place the baskets. The hardware is sensitive to repeated screwing in and out (the hole is easily cleaned), so do it right before tightening the basket and only do it once. Then the installation is not difficult. I can't try enough NOT to put the basket over the tension rod (or at least tighten it) until it's set. After that, you'll be bothered to pull the rod out because when you tighten the screw it will make a dent in the tube and prevent it from moving easily. Also, do not overtighten this screw or you will rip out the hole in the basket. I hope this saves you time, headaches and money. I had to buy a second one because I ruined the first one to the limit. Remember - I'm a handyman who's pretty damn polite about putting things together. It is - you have to know the quirks of it.
