The first use was excellent, and then horror. It doesn't do a good job picking everything up. We keep the spare battery fully charged (which isn't a problem), we keep the bag clean, brush the bristles and it still doesn't vacuum very well. I am disappointed in this purchase and am now less than 6 months old and already looking for a new vacuum that will get the job done! However, it's a great vacuum if you don't need to use it often, and it's really good on hardwood floors. Carpets not very good.
