I like them but I sent 1 back and I never got credit for it and I didn't get my UPS receipt. I first ordered 2 in 2 different sizes and had to return 1 and I still got billed for it I would say yes give me the receipt (it never mattered until it mattered). I sent it back with UPS paperwork, it wasn't enough. I ordered a third one the same size as the first. Not happy I got 2 but paid for 3. Also, I still have to use the collar and attach the hook to it and the coat or else the coat will come off my dog and my dog/dogs will hang around (not good), they look cute but don't stick a coat hook to the Door.
