The 36 inch seat is the right size and allows your legs to move freely when lying on it. The seat is stable and the headrest is quite comfortable. About 3-4 inches off the ground so be aware you will lose some ground clearance. Good weight and handy shape for hanging on the wall and holding when transporting. Follow the installation instructions and install the wheels in one go. It's a little tedious, but worth the assembly. Be sure to lubricate the moving parts of the wheel (not the wheels themselves, but the rollers and their moving joints). This increases the stability of the impeller and allows it to move more freely. Used white lithium grease on each wheel component. For me it helped free the wheel at least 1.5 times more than without lubrication. Moves freely as if on slippery ice. Great purchase for garage work and DIY enthusiasts.
