A must have tool for any car or truck owner
It is easy to use and easy to use. So if you find a problem with your car or truck, you can rest assured that you will not be ripped off by a rogue mechanic. I have a 2001 Nissan Xterra and using this scanner convinced me that I could definitely pass the smog test. If the check engine light comes on, I can hook up this scanner to figure out the trouble code or codes. You can look up trouble code definitions online on your smartphone or home computer. I love that I can even disable the check engine light with this tool. If you don't have this scanner, some places like a dealer or service center have been known to charge $90-$100 to use their scanner to detect trouble codes.
