Review on WaitronBot by Omar Austin

The bot has been really good to use as it allows us to focus more time in other areas of our business rather than taking orders via text message which can be difficult with young children or elderly people that we have helping out at the moment. Sometimes I wish there was a little bit more flexibility but this is only due to my own preferences not because of anything wrong with the product itself. We are using waitronbot to take order from customers whilst they're seated in our restaurants. It's much easier when you don't need to open up another app just to place an order!
