I like that it syncs with my calendar, which makes scheduling meetings easy! It's also very intuitive to use so anyone can pick up right away without any training required (like other products).
There are some features for advanced users but they're not necessary unless you need them specifically - otherwise just stick around until someone shows an interest in helping or asking questions about how things work :) As mentioned above there aren't many options available if your organization has more than one person using this product at once since each user needs their own license key/password etc., however we've been able solve our problem by adding another admin account as well allowing us all access through 1 login instead of 2 separate ones per employee who would normally have needed multiple logins before now ;).
