I really wanted the black Versa 3 but the black ones were sold out when they came out. I ended up buying the pink Versa 3 knowing I could buy replacement straps like this one. I've done this with my previous Fitbits (Charge 3 and Original Versa). I knew these replacement bands weren't of the highest quality, but I've had good experiences in the past. A replacement wristband from Fitbit costs about $30. This set costs 3 pieces for $7. They don't even cost $7. Two tapes have already broken in two months, and I won't even try the third one. I'm lucky I didn't lose my Fitbit at all! Do not contact these groups. That's a waste of money.
