Started well External mouse didn't work then full size keyboard. Either the touchpad was not working or the computer's keyboard was not working. OK, I've had problems with other computers, so contact Lenovo support. That's a misnomer, if there ever was one. Walk through the automated phone system, listen to how wonderful and engaging they are, the result is clicks and silence. Did it three times. the sounds of silence. When you buy a product, the support that supposedly comes with it is a big part of the 'product'. it does not fit.
