While I appreciated the side pockets (for keys) and multiple carrying options, many of the other pockets were undersized to be functional. I have a smaller phone and it barely fits in my back pocket. The inner pockets are very narrow and it is difficult to get anything out of them. The large divider bag is not strong enough to hold the structure of the bag, so it works like a tote bag. Also, it looks and feels like a cheaper bag and after a few months of use the glue on the seams is peeling.
