Effective but time consuming
I started using this product every night but my consumption has decreased significantly. Mainly because this process is so slow. It feels like it takes me 5-8 minutes to get a whole gum. I have quite a bit of receding gums and because of the stiffness of the brush I have to be very careful when using it on the gumline to not aggravate the gum recession. However, he is effective in what he does. I recommend getting a good essential oil blend like Living Libations Healthy Gums and using it with it.
