Review on COVERGIRL Exhibitionist Liquid Glitter Eyeshadow: Flashing Lights by Amanda Kou
Glitter fallout is real.
The colored flashing lights are beautiful, but they get blotchy (it wasn't very noticeable, fig 1) and grainy. And after it dries, a lot of sparks will fall out. I applied a Nyx Dewey's finish over it (photo 2, still wet) and it still had some precipitation but also gave it a brownish tint and made the blemishes more visible. (Photo 3, after final spray drying)
