I followed the directions exactly and used half the contents to rinse my mouth from 4:08pm. Spit out at 16:11. From 16:12 consumed the remaining half of the content. Spat out at 4:15 p.m. Started a cotinine mouth swab test at my insurance company at 4:18pm. Registered positive for cotinine at 4:30 p.m. The product didn't work, so the insurance company won't cover the cost of the heart test that was scheduled for the 16th of this month.
