This works on my 1999 Sentra
looked a little different but matched my 1999 Sentra perfectly. Fixed my AC fan only blowing at altitude. Now I have all 4 speeds. Very easy to install. Located just below the glove box and secured with two screws. You can use a socket or Phillips screwdriver. About 10-15 minutes of work. Take a picture before you start to avoid confusion.
