In general, the scissors are much larger than I thought. They feel super firm, which is good. It's a matter of smell, the company says you can remove the rubber pads covering the grips, which I did. The inside of these handles are covered in slimy black grease (hence the smell). So I removed the handles and tried to wipe the grease off. It didn't come out all the way, and under the handles the metal looks (and still smells) really bad and stained. So the scissors themselves are durable and easy to use, but the lingering smell can break the business.
