Works very well and quickly, but if you have 2 aligners/retainers it only lasts 45 days. I have been using OAP for 4 years. Because it's expensive and supplies never lasted as long as advertised, I experimented with several other cleansers, including an ultrasound machine and Invisalign cleansing crystals (samples came with my Vivera retainers). Nothing cleans like OAP foam. My fixatives stay clear, not cloudy/etched. I agree with others that a wobbly foam pump causing "excessive foam" and a leaking foam bottle reducing dispensing are my only complaints. I plan on trying the OAP gel to see if it works as well and if the stock lasts as long as advertised.
