Review on Optimus BT eContracts by William Dean

The ability for an administrator who knows nothing about contract management systems, like me - having never used any system before in my life! It was incredibly easy (and I mean that literally!) once set up correctly; just plugging it into our network drives is all there needs be done!! This product really can't do enough, everything you need from day 1-5 are covered off perfectly! And they support this right through till retirement (as far as we know).

We've been using them now since 2016/17 when new versions were released which made us realise some things could have been improved so much more but at least no issues found yet after 6 years use. Nothing negative comes onto mind unless i'm missing something obvious. Get your people trained by their excellent customer service team first or hire someone else if possible due to cost reasons because even though training isn’t free anymore its still better than hiring elsewhere where costs.
