Works very well! on eyes

After wearing you will definitely notice the difference. You may feel that your skin has tightened a bit. Be careful if you put makeup or moisturizer on it - it can stick together, but I think it will if you put too much on it. I apply a small amount to my ring finger, apply under my eyes and let dry. All bags are greatly reduced. I PERSONALLY am not a fan of this scent - it's not bad, it just smells like one of my grandma's perfumes, that's all. I'm sure others will love it.
