Caron & Doucet Coconut Wax for Cutting Boards is one of my cutting board care products. I have always used mineral oil for cutting boards but wanted to switch to coconut oil. I saw the line of Caron and Doucet and couldn't decide where to start: wax or oil. I ended up ordering both and then reading on the can to start with oil. So if you're undecided, start with oil and then use wax as needed. I love the fact that coconut oil is natural and safer for my wood. Wax is a good heavy duty product that I use on my main cutting board about once a month. I highly recommend this cutting board wax.
