I've used it successfully to flush/clean a visibly dried up printhead on an Epson WF-2830 and it's printing fine again thanks to what I learned from the reviewers' advice and photos. this and competing products. "Detailed Operating Instructions" is only slightly better than a joke (hence only 3 stars): a 14x20 cm sheet of little useful, but far from complete instructions. This might add some useful information on how to use the different parts: (1) the small piece of silicone tubing doesn't look like it will fit on the end of the syringe, but it does and should; (2) the small L-shaped piece is used to connect the other end of the hose to the yellow or white connectors; (3) The yellow connector is for Epson and Brother printers, while the white connector is for HP and Canon printers; (4) The green teardrop-shaped thing is (probably) used to open the cap of the bottle.
