Be careful! Not heat resistant!
Great knife. It does not claim to be heat resistant (it is stated to be resistant to boiling water at 212 degrees). I didn't think about that when I cut the hot cake pan. The tip melted, so I just wanted to say you have to wait for the hot pan to cool down! Perfectly cuts "warm" cakes. Bought a big knife. I also think they would be good for children. 5 stars for the quality of the knife - one star for me for not thinking! Cannot mark this as not the case.
