This item was delivered on time, well packaged and looked good but did not charge in my Sony headset. I know the headset is good because the old battery still works, it just doesn't last long. My only option was to return the product and as there were other reviews with the same complaint I decided not to order again. When I compared the battery to the original it looked identical except the batteries were placed inside a plastic case upside down. The headset has a micro switch that aligns with a notch in the plastic case, since the batteries were upside down the notch was on the opposite side. The only thing to check was flipping the batteries, but that would require tearing the label, which would void the warranty. If this didn't fix the problem I'd be stuck with a dead battery.
