Unfortunately, my experience at Poleview's online store, which I was looking forward to trying because of their collection of do-it-yourself beauty ingredients and tools, was ruined by their unsatisfactory customer service. My order was delivered minus a number of the things that I had ordered, and it took a number of emails and phone calls to get the problem fixed. Even after the missing items were sent out, I was left feeling frustrated by the customer support team's lack of communication and accountability, which continued even after the missing items were sent out. It's disheartening to see a business with such enormous potential fall short on something as essential as providing good customer service. Because of my negative experience with Poleview's customer support, I am hesitant to recommend the company's online store, despite the fact that the products I purchased were of a satisfactory quality. As a life counselor, I am of the opinion that providing customers with respect and empathy is absolutely necessary to the establishment of a prosperous company. I have high hopes that Poleview will one day be able to enhance the quality of their customer support and realize their full potential.
