I asked for it in rose gold but they sent me dark purple. But it's so dark purple (almost black) that I've decided to keep it anyway. I suspected the "magstripe" would stay on. In fact, it kept coming off the first day I put it on. But then I found that the magnet is protected by a plastic coating! Ouch! I've been wearing it day and night for several days now. Not only does it stay in place, but it's also comfortable. I think I can go back and order rose gold or add it to my wish list. It keeps the right time. The slightly sparkling dial is subtle and doesn't look like a shiny children's watch. This is a very good watch for such a low price.
