I bought it to use when I cut my wigs. Works like clockwork. It snaps firmly into place and is adjustable so I can position the wig where I need it. It helps me extend the life of my synthetic wigs by removing kinks (even with the most meticulous care). If I cut my long wigs, I can wear them for two more months.
