It took a few hours to set up and then it all leaked out
Given the rave reviews I'm shocked at this experience. For $300, you can deep clean the unit, reassemble it, and "refill" the filters (which in itself is an experience worthy of a 1/5 star). My husband and I followed the directions to T! The result is a completely ruined dresser and thank goodness we have cement floors here. Nozzle and seals do not provide a tight flushing connection. Other problems include filters that have to be filtered forever (not even close to the hourly rate provided by Berkey), a primer nightmare, etc. Plus the price, it's just not worth the time, money and effort - we're sorry and very disappointed.
