I ordered this for my work place when it became necessary to make pancakes weekly to ensure pancake portion consistency from one order to the next. I definitely expected there will be a training limit and I have communicated this to the staff so that they prepare and give them a chance to feel comfortable in advance. You had not used this product at the time of purchase. Try after try after try. No one has made a single pancake of sufficient quality for public display. We tried different thicknesses of dough, different degrees of filling, all holes filled, half the holes filled. it is endless. Nothing is supported for mirroring. This is a disaster and a waste of time, money and frustration. While this is my own failure to pay attention to detail, the individual pancake pans are tiny. Pancakes, if they turn out like real pancakes, are toddler portions. I estimate it takes 2.5 to 3 of them to get a "regular" sized pancake.
