I really didn't think I would like about this WizGear rectangular air vent mount. I didn't want to press the vent. I didn't want heat coming out of my vent and heating up my iPhone. But I thought I'd take a chance and order it, mainly because of the many great reviews. My iPhone 6s case is a Spigen with a cut-out on the inside of the case that allows a metal plate to easily pass through. (I see others stick a metal plate on the iPhone and then put a case on the iPhone. I don't like that.) The mount attaches securely to the air vent. The iPhone is securely attached to the mount. I'm used to window hardware and they often wobble up and down. I'm not the type of person to tape anything to my dashboard. This air vent mount makes my iPhone look almost like it's part of a dashboard. I wonder if automakers will make a magnetic surface on the dashboard in the future? I would like that. (Also, I just can't get heat through the vent when the phone is in there.)
