The best thing about QS is that it's so well organized! It has all of our social accounts in one place for easy access to posts/comments etc., which saves us time when responding or replying from another account (e.g. FB). I do wish there was an "advanced" option with less options available - maybe more like Instagram? However, this isn't really anything major as far as dislikes go; just minor suggestions for improvement if they're ever made by management. A great tool overall! Nothing at present but we are using them to keep up with clients' content via various platforms such as Facebook & Twitter.
