The most useful feature of this program has to be its ability to import recipes from other programs like Epicurious or TasteWise which makes it easy when you're not sure what kind of ingredient an item requires! I dislike how difficult it can get if your business isn't very organized with tracking information (such as dates). It's also really hard to figure out where something costs in comparison to another product/item because there are so many different categories. Also having multiple people working within one account sometimes causes confusion about who put items into each category since they all have access at once. Having better organization would make my life easier overall; especially during busy times of year such as holiday season. Tracking ingredients, calculating labor hours per week & month, comparing prices between stores & online sources - just some things we use Recip.
