I have these, in cognac, in 11.5M. In Flörsheim I usually wear 12B or 12C. They fit me very well, 11.5M. Contrary to what some people say about the leather, it is actually excellent. However, I always treat all my shoes with Lexol conditioner and then use a high-quality shoe polish before wearing them for the first time. the toe area is a bit smaller because the sole is slightly undercut in relation to the toe. Nothing that a little shoe care can take care of before doing a lot of damage. Can be worn casually and comfortably, with or without socks. However, they are not as "durable" as my Allen Edmonds Boulder sneakers, these Florsheim Throttles actually work better when wearing shorts than the AE. I will definitely buy another pair in black.
