Review on Creative T100-2 by Cameron Head

Bought these to replace some of the old Creative Labs 10 watt speakers I've been using in my TV for years. I ditched the old speakers and installed these new 20 watt speakers with the same audio channel present as the old speakers. Two problems were immediately apparent. First, the volume is very low. I had to crank it up to about 90% to hear anything. Second, the bass and treble controls do absolutely nothing. I mean not a drop of difference in sound from min to max on either knob. The documents provided are useless. Their customer support is just as useless, they only support sending emails. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND NOT TO BUY THIS. I WILL NOT BUY ANY MORE CREATIVE LABS PRODUCTS.
