TP-Link has a name but not sure if they have a product or service to support the product. I bought this range extender on the recommendation of a tech support representative. We have a bad signal in a part of our house. After spending 3 hours with the person online and on the phone I am now returning this product. Depending on the person, they tell you different stories. Nothing will make it work without problems. Their only solution was to set up two different networks and manually connect to one of them depending on the part of the house. It won't always work, but they had no other solution. It's time to return the router and extender and switch to another product.
