My main issue with this is that the hooks that go on the shelf aren't flush. They won't lay flat, but it could be my shelves fault. The problem is I wanted to use it in my pantry cabinet, and the shelf it's on has cereal containers above it. It makes them uneven, which ruins the point of me trying to organize everything the way I want to.BUT, I kept it because I know it can be used somewhere else that I don't care much about what's above. Like the bathroom with towels above, and it could carry the extra soaps or things like that. It does slide well, and I prefer the slide vs the ones without it, if you're holding lots of smaller items.All in all, it's a great product depending where you want to use it, and you are aware what you are putting above it, since it may not lay flat because of the hooks.
