Great solution for restaurants and clients alike!!

The ease of use to keep track all reservations in one place from multiple restaurant locations makes this program very useful! I like that it has so many features as well; however there are some things i do not particularly love about their product but they have been working hard at improving those areas over time which helps make me more comfortable with using them overall.- Reservation tracking- Multiple location support - Easy access/useability by customers (easy payment options)- Customer service available 24 hours 7 days per week via phone or chat if needed.

Pros

Ability for users without technical knowledge
Many different ways you can look up data, including through mobile devices.
Allows managers quick control when making changes such an adding new employees etc.and also allows easy modification after being made into database once logged onto main page.Easy way too view daily reports easily accessible directly within software platform itself instead searching elsewhere online manually saving loads o ftime &amp ; valuable resources
