This diffuser is so pretty and works well. I would definitely recommend it!The noise level/sound: I found it to be quieter than I thought, but it is not silent, so please keep that in mind. With that said, I can fall asleep with it no problem, and I actually quite enjoy it with so ambient music as well. It creates a great mood and is nice to fall asleep too. It's almost like a very quiet white noise machine.The lights: This diffuser has lots of pretty colors. You can either let it go through its rotation of colors, you can click and select colors, or you can just stop the color at any point in its light show rotation for that exact color, so there are actually so many choices! :)The mist: It can either be a strong or weak mist depending on your preference. It also lasts a super long time! I often put it on before I go to sleep, and it's still running the next day until midday. If you want it to last the full 16 hours though, you have to have it on the weak mist. There are also options to have it on for set durations, but I prefer to leave it until it runs out. When it runs out, it will also give a beep sound to let you know it's out.The plug: I thought I was going to have issues with the plug being on the bottom, but it ended up not being an issue. I included a picture with the lid off, to show you that the plug lines up with the air outlet, so it's actually very easy to plug it in without looking at the bottom. Of course, it would be EASIEST if the plug was on the side. Maybe it's so it minimizes the chance of spills?Additional comments:-Be careful not to have to the diffuser mist pointed at any fabrics. As you can see, I have my diffuser near my bed, but one time I wasn't careful and had the spout pointed towards the bed instead of parallel to the bed. When I woke up, the corner of my sheets was a little damp.-I've tried another diffuser in the past from a different brand. The mist wasn't as nice, and it would always leave water on the table so I'd have to put a towel under it. This totally beats it!Overall, I am very very happy with my purchase. The customer service is also very responsive. You should get it if you're thinking about getting a diffuser!
