Works perfectly. Except

I bought this to shred up pork butts for my food truck. It works very well. The problem is. Whether it's an aluminum pot or a plastic bucket, if you barely touch the sides or bottom, small bits of aluminum or plastic will be left behind. Almost launched meat for resale. I've used it as sparingly as possible, but I still get container materials in pork. I was not the seller to contact me and help resolve this issue.
