like many others in home office chairs

chair received on time. My son put a chair down and said it was easy. Of course he has done that for me before. If I looked at the instructions myself, I probably would have put some effort into it. I work both from the office (2 days) and from home (3 days). I usually work 10 to 14 hours a day. Last year it was really crazy to the point where my sciatica reactivated and I was limping getting up from my work chair, my hips, back and hamstrings aching. My employer bought an ergonomic chair for the work office but not for the home office. This prompted me to look for a chair. I, like many others, spent a lot of money on chairs and after a year or two I had to buy another one. I needed a multifunctional chair that can work 24/7. Pros: When I first sat in the chair it was very hard and I wasn't sure. But once I got through the 14-hour workday, the chair was very comfortable, didn't bother me, and I was able to get up without pain. Hooray. The fit is very thick in a good way. I'm still working on customizations, so I don't have complete information. The backrest is good compared to many chairs I've had. I moved the back support pillow to a new chair for extra support as I like to sit perfectly upright. I'm 5'2 180lbs and the chair was comfortable. Hands are adjustable. The chair is definitely sturdy and stable (not plastic) and looks like it will last me a long time. Disadvantages: Only 1 sheet of paper with assembly instructions was included. There are no instructions as to what each of the function levers does. So I have to play with the chair and find out. The height of the armrest is adjustable and fixed. However, the armrest can also move inwards or outwards and is not fixed. I like that it moves, it's not a deal breaker, I just wish I could hold onto it.

Pros
  • great product
Cons
  • almost everything is there
