Great experience working with their team

Rocket helped us transition from one system to another (from JIRA to Asana). We needed a dedicated account manager to help guide us along the way. Rocket provided great service and was responsive to our needs. The customer success manager was fantastic as well! There wasn't much I didn't like.
The transition was seamless. They are always willing to walk you through the process and answer questions you have along the way. Rocket took over the project management duties when our vendor went out of business.

Pros

Support staff is very knowledgeable across all products they sell or use regularly.
Product roadmap planning user friendly dashboards that provide real time visibility into progress against goals/backlogs etc..Integration wth other tools we utilize at work such Salesforce CRM integration via API's which allow easy export functionality between these two platforms., Reporting capabilities
