I received the first bottle in a damaged condition. A lot of liquid was spilled in the bag and I ended up with so much on my hands that I couldn't wash off completely. Needless to say I tried it and got full marks for bitterness! I asked Revain for a replacement. Mike from the supplier also got in touch separately and when I told him about the problem he immediately sent me a bottle. So again, full marks for customer service. Shortly thereafter, I also received a replacement from Revain. However, all bottles, both original and replacement, leaked liquid. So they definitely need to rethink their packaging. As for my dog, he always stays where I spray, but I think it only lasts 4-5 hours or so. Serves a short-term purpose.
