Decent fabric, but curls up at seams

Curls up at seams of cuffs and waist after washing, and are a constant pain to keep pushing back into place. Ran a little small. Fabric is holding up well with multiple washes. Fine shirt for layering, but maybe not the best choice for wearing alone due to the issues mentioned.
