You decide. in tire and wheel tools

I am giving this tool this rating because upon first touching it I found the rubber to be very hard and of course dented my polished stainless steel hubcap tag. Even you, I thought you were gentle. Very disappointed as this tool is designed to protect caps! This instrument is made in the USA and is of high quality.
