I use the entire collection of Weiman tools to clean my glass hob. If there is burnt food on the surface, I start with a Weiman single-blade razor blade holder to scrape it off lightly. Then I run my hand over the surface to make sure I've removed almost everything. I then apply Weiman cleaner and polish and apply with a sponge to give a light, even finish (similar to waxing a car). I use paper towels to buff it and give it a nice shine.
