My wife started this when we installed her new vanity last month. She's not rude in her stuff. Things stay in our house if they are intended for it. This morning she wanted to put her phone on a stand because she's watching YouTube while she's doing her makeup. Anyway, she went to put it on and it just fell off the stand. I've tried putting it back in place and tightening it but it's no use. It just falls off the ball joint. The light is very bright but the quality of the phone stand was worse than expected.
