This connector destroyed my laptop
I bought this to have a good replacement connector for my Asus gaming laptop. Plugging into the mains caused a short from the plug to my system and the system would no longer turn on. As mentioned, my original version works fine, now my laptop doesn't work anymore. I'm a certified systems engineer so I'm troubleshooting this system to make sure nothing can be done but to no avail. Now I'm looking for a way for the company to compensate me for my broken laptop that needs to be replaced. It's very disappointing
