NOT REAL WOOD, partial plank is not what I believe to be real wood. The moving truck is damaged, broken. There are no holes that needed to be drilled. The damage on the floor and some of the footprints are a few inches away. We didn't open the moving boxes (to leave them for our daughter to have fun with) so I pray the pool and stairs are in the moving truck. Update, the instructions are in the moving truck (makes no sense). After assembling the house, a hole did not match the part it should have been. Thankfully, that wasn't the crucial part. They also say 85 pieces just because almost every piece of furniture and accessories requires assembly - they count each piece of assembly as a part of 85. What you actually get is a dresser with seat, clothesline, disco ball, chaise longue lounge. , umbrella, bunk bed, cradle, sofa, lamp, bedside table, kitchen table with two high chairs, fridge, bath tub, toilet. They should be advertising 17 grand, not 85.
