Very disappointed. I bought it about 6 months ago. I thought it would be good. The reviews seemed good. I consider myself tech savvy. Most people come to me with computer questions. Setting up WiFi is confusing. It took a while. It's not intuitive at all. Every time you open the paper drawer, you have to re-register the paper in the drawer. This is annoying when you have kids who want paper all the time. You cannot change ink cartridges if you want to. Yellow, cyan and magenta went out first. The black had a tiny amount of ink in it. To make things easier to deal with, I would have preferred to replace all the ink cartridges at once. nope. I can't, I have to come back tomorrow to change the black ink. Again, this thing can print in 7 seconds, but it goes through a 2-minute document setup before it prints. I'm not sure why, but I'm not happy with this device.
